1. About Hydromono

Hydromono is a company incorporated and registered in Ust-Ilimsk, Russian Federation. We facilitate investment opportunities in renewable energy projects, specifically hydroelectric generation plants located in Russia and China. Our Platform allows users to invest into these projects, which are managed by our trusted partners. Our aim is to provide a secure, transparent, and efficient means for global investors to participate in renewable energy financing.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use our Platform, you must be at least eighteen (18) years old or have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. By registering for an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and possess the full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

We reserve the right to refuse service or close accounts if eligibility requirements are not met or if we suspect any fraudulent or unlawful activity.

When registering, users must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information, including identity verification documents if requested, as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. Users are responsible for ensuring that their account information remains up to date. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including usernames, passwords, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) methods. You must notify Hydromono immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Users may create multiple accounts on our Platform provided that each account contains verifiable and accurate information. The use of multiple accounts for fraudulent or manipulative purposes is strictly prohibited and will lead to account suspension or termination.

3. Investment Plans and Contributions

All investment plans on our Platform are denominated in cryptocurrency. When you make a contribution, your cryptocurrency is converted and pooled with other users’ funds to finance hydroelectric projects operated by our partners in Russia and China.

Hydromono provides daily returns distributed according to the terms and schedules of each specific investment plan. The returns are based on actual operational performance, including electricity generation, grid sales, and related factors.

It is important to understand that investments in hydroelectric projects carry inherent risks, including fluctuations in power generation and cryptocurrency markets. Past performance is not indicative of future results, and returns cannot be guaranteed.

You acknowledge that your investments are made voluntarily and at your own risk. We do not provide investment advice, and it is your responsibility to seek independent financial advice before investing.

4. User Responsibilities and Conduct

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not engage in any activity that could:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including AML and CTF statutes.
• Impersonate another person or provide false information.
• Interfere with or disrupt the security or proper functioning of the Platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or systems.
• Use the Platform to facilitate fraud, money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other criminal activity.

Hydromono reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates these Terms or applicable laws, including suspending or terminating accounts and cooperating with law enforcement authorities.

You are responsible for maintaining up-to-date wallet details to receive your returns. Failure to do so may result in delayed or forfeited payments.

5. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and trademarks, are the property of Hydromono or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal investment purposes only. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Hydromono does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Hydromono makes no guarantees regarding the profitability or performance of any investment plan. Investments are subject to market and operational risks, including but not limited to fluctuations in hydroelectric power production, market volatility, regulatory changes, and technical disruptions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hydromono, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

7. Modification of Terms

Hydromono reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Platform and notified to you via email or other communication channels. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably within thirty (30) days, you agree that the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any legal proceedings shall be the courts located in Irkutsk Oblast, Russia.
